ES Standard Rubber Preformer:

Preformer can produce blanks with high efficiency and high accuracy. Its biggest advantage is to extrude accurately all kind of medium/high-hardness blanks with different shapes, like ring, bar, three-dimention and so on. It’s widely used in rubber industry, O ring, valves, oil seal, automotive and orther industries. It integrats vaccuming, filtering, extruding, cutting with weighing and counting together. Not only can it meet needs of customers, but also it saves labor cost and enhances productivity.

Except for standard performer, we also have ES series high pressure percision preformer for your choice. The H series(5500 PSI) of high pressure performance have been developed to meet an increasing demand from the rubber industry for machines capable of processing tough or special materials at production rates that are not achievable with the standard range of ES performers.

H series is up to 6 times more output than a standard 210 bar(3000psi) machine. This requirement has become more important where screening or filtering of materials is essential to reduce or eliminate contamination and remove impurities within the material. Although screening or filtering of materials has always been possible with any ES machine, the effect of this was to reduce outputs to sometimes unacceptable levels.
